Iso Sensation is a cold-processed isolate with added glutamine, and the Natural version carries no sweetener at all, so it goes into smoothies, yoghurt or baking without turning everything vanilla. In plain water it is bland - that is the trade-off, and 2lb is a small enough gamble.
