Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass is a high-calorie weight gainer delivering around 1,250 calories and 50g of protein per two-scoop serving, plus over 250g of carbohydrates and added creatine, glutamine and vitamins, to help hard-gainers build size and mass. It is best used alongside your regular meals to reach a calorie surplus. This 3lb tub in Chocolate provides about 4 servings.
