What it is
BSN Amino X is a stimulant-free amino acid and BCAA formula providing a 10g blend to support endurance, muscle recovery and hydration during and after training. It is effervescent, mixes easily and contains no caffeine, so it can be used any time of day. This 435g tub in Grape provides about 30 servings.
Grape is the most conventional of the three Amino X flavours, sweet and familiar, and the least changed by the fizz.

Amino X is the effervescent one - it fizzes as it mixes, which people either enjoy or find strange. The 10g amino blend is stimulant-free, so it works after evening sessions. Grape is the most conventional of the three flavours we carry. If fizz is not for you, a flat mixer like Xtend or Nutrex is the better fit.
