Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy is an anytime blend of amino acids with around 100mg of natural caffeine per serving to support energy, focus and recovery. It also adds electrolytes to support hydration. It is light and refreshing, ideal before a workout or as a daily pick-me-up. This tub in Strawberry provides about 25 servings.
