What it is

Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy is an anytime blend of amino acids with around 100mg of natural caffeine per serving to support energy, focus and recovery. It also adds electrolytes to support hydration. It is light and refreshing, ideal before a workout or as a daily pick-me-up. This tub in Strawberry provides about 30 servings. Contains caffeine; Avoid taking it late in the day.

Amino Energy is the gentle option for people who find pre-workouts too much: roughly 100mg of caffeine a scoop, about the same as a cup of coffee, plus aminos and electrolytes.
