What it is
Rule 1 Amino 9 provides all nine essential amino acids, including a strong dose of BCAAs, to support muscle recovery and growth, with no stimulants. It mixes easily for a refreshing recovery drink. This tub in Blue Razz Lemonade provides about 30 servings. Sip during or after training.
Blue Razz Lemonade is tart and lemonade-like without the fizz - sharper than Peach Mango and better suited to long sessions.

Worth knowing
Stimulant-free, so timing is not an issue. Note there are no added electrolytes here, so in Pattaya heat you may want a separate hydration mix alongside it.

Same stimulant-free EAA as the Peach Mango, in a sharper flavour most people find easier to keep drinking through a long session.
