APS Mesomorph - Grape
What it is
APS Mesomorph is a fully-loaded, high-stimulant pre-workout built for experienced users, combining a powerful energy blend with beta-alanine, creatine and citrulline for intense energy, focus and muscle pumps. It is one of the stronger pre-workouts available, so it is best suited to those already used to high-stimulant products. This tub in Grape provides about 25 servings. Contains high caffeine and is not for beginners or anyone sensitive to stimulants; Assess your tolerance, do not take late in the day or with other stimulants, and avoid if under 18, pregnant or managing a health condition.
Grape is the plain, straightforward flavour of the range, sensible when the formula itself is already this intense.

How to use it
Mix half to one scoop with water 20 to 30 minutes before training.
Worth knowing
Anyone new to pre-workout, caffeine-sensitive, under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or managing heart, blood-pressure or other health conditions. It is banned in tested competition sport, and if you are at all unsure, speak to a doctor first.
Our take
Mesomorph sits at the very top of our stimulant shelf and we are careful about who we sell it to. The blend includes DMHA alongside a big caffeine dose, so it is not something to use casually and not something to take if you are drug-tested in your sport. Start at half a scoop even if you are experienced.
