APS Mesomorph - Strawberry Kiwi
What it is
APS Mesomorph is a fully-loaded, high-stimulant pre-workout built for experienced users, combining a powerful energy blend with beta-alanine, creatine and citrulline for intense energy, focus and muscle pumps. It is one of the stronger pre-workouts available, so it is best suited to those already used to high-stimulant products. This tub in Strawberry Kiwi provides about 25 servings. Contains high caffeine and is not for beginners or anyone sensitive to stimulants; Assess your tolerance, do not take late in the day or with other stimulants, and avoid if under 18, pregnant or managing a health condition.
Strawberry Kiwi is one of the softer, fruitier flavours here, easier going when you are only mixing half a scoop.
Who it's for
Advanced stimulant users who have worked through the 300mg-plus tubs, want something noticeably harder-hitting, and are happy to run it at half a scoop.
How to use it
Mix half to one scoop with water 20 to 30 minutes before training.
Worth knowing
Not for beginners, the caffeine-sensitive, under-18s, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone managing heart, blood-pressure or other health conditions. Banned in tested competition sport, and worth a doctor's opinion if you are unsure.
Our take
At half a scoop, which is where we would have most people start, a tub stretches to around 50 sessions, so it lasts a long time. Honestly, most people do not need anything this strong. It exists for the small group who have genuinely outgrown everything else on the shelf.
