What it is

APS Mesomorph is a fully-loaded, high-stimulant pre-workout built for experienced users, combining a powerful energy blend with beta-alanine, creatine and citrulline for intense energy, focus and muscle pumps. It is one of the stronger pre-workouts available, so it is best suited to those already used to high-stimulant products. This tub in Tutti Frutti provides about 25 servings. Contains high caffeine and is not for beginners or anyone sensitive to stimulants; Assess your tolerance, do not take late in the day or with other stimulants, and avoid if under 18, pregnant or managing a health condition.

Tutti Frutti is the mixed-sweets flavour, perfectly fine, though nobody buys this particular tub for the taste.

Our take

What catches people out with the very strong tubs is not the session, it is the night afterwards. Train at six, take Mesomorph, and sleep is usually the first casualty, which undoes a good part of the training you just did. Morning lifters get far more out of it.
