What it is

C4 Original by Cellucor is one of the world's most popular pre-workouts and a great choice for beginners, with a moderate 150mg of caffeine per serving plus beta-alanine (for that signature tingle) and creatine nitrate to support performance. It gives a noticeable energy and focus boost without being overwhelming. This tub in Green Apple provides about 30 servings. Contains caffeine; Avoid taking it late in the day or if you are sensitive to stimulants.
