What it is
USPlabs Jack3d is a legendary, ultra-concentrated pre-workout known for intense energy, focus and pumps from a very small scoop, combining caffeine with beta-alanine, creatine and a powerful stimulant blend. It is one of the strongest pre-workouts on the market and is strictly for experienced users. This tub in Watermelon provides about 45 servings. Start with half a scoop in water 20 to 30 minutes before training to assess tolerance. Contains high caffeine and is not for beginners or anyone sensitive to stimulants; Assess your tolerance, do not take late in the day or with other stimulants, and avoid if under 18, pregnant or managing a health condition.
Watermelon is the mildest-tasting Jack3d flavour, useful when you are mixing a strong product into a small drink.

Mesomorph and Jack3d are our two strongest tubs and people constantly ask which to take. Both carry beta-alanine and creatine alongside their stimulant blends, so the practical difference is size: Mesomorph uses a bigger scoop and gives around 25 servings, while Jack3d is far more concentrated and stretches to about 45. Both are advanced users only, without exception.
